Reason: Static electricity generated during printing
In a dry environment with low humidity, static electricity is easily generated, resulting in static electricity between the nozzle and the material.
Treatment method: Add a ground wire and add an electrostatic rod.
Reason: The nozzle of the UV printer equipment is disconnected
Treatment method: Print a test strip and check the nozzle status. If you find blockage, hollowness, etc., you need to clean the nozzle channel to keep it clear.
Reason: The distance between the UV printer nozzle and the substrate is too high
The reasonable height is generally below 10cm, and the distance between the nozzle and the substrate is between 1mm-20mm for different nozzle spray forces. If the nozzle force exceeds the nozzle’s own spray force range, ink flying will occur.
Solution: Reduce the distance between the nozzle and the substrate.
Reason: UV flatbed nozzle voltage is too high
The voltage displayed by the nozzle board indicator light, whether it is red light, alarm. If this happens, the nozzle voltage needs to be reduced.
Solution: If it is a modified circuit board card, the circuit needs to be changed.
Reason: Printer electronic control system
The pulse spacing of the electronic control system to control the nozzle burning is unreasonable.
Solution: Technical personnel are required to deal with it.
